Except for a quote you deliberately send for online signature (see Section 3), QuoteSnap does not send your quote contents, client details, business profile, line items, job photos, or generated PDFs to the developer or to GoMarketMe.
QuoteSnap uses the GoMarketMe SDK to attribute app installs and verified App Store purchases to affiliate campaigns. GoMarketMe may process campaign and affiliate identifiers, a device or attribution identifier, app installation or engagement information, purchase or subscription status, timestamps, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, and technical device or network information. This information is used for attribution, commission reporting, fraud prevention, and service operation. See the GoMarketMe Privacy Policy.
Your business profile, client details, quotes, line items, and job photos are stored in a local database on your device so the app continues to work offline. When you are signed in to iCloud and iCloud is available, Apple CloudKit syncs this data through the private iCloud database associated with your Apple Account. QuoteSnap does not require a separate QuoteSnap account and does not operate its own server for this data, apart from the optional online signature service described in Section 3.

When you tap Share PDF, the app generates a PDF on your device and hands it to the standard iOS share sheet. The PDF is only sent to whichever app or contact you choose (for example Mail, Messages, or WhatsApp). QuoteSnap Offline itself never uploads or sends the PDF anywhere.
When you tap Send for Signature, QuoteSnap uploads that one quote to QuoteSnap's payment service (hosted on Cloudflare) so your customer can open a private, unlisted web link to review it, approve it with an electronic signature, and optionally pay a deposit. Only the quote you choose to share is uploaded — your other quotes, your clients, your job photos, and your business profile stay on your device and in your private iCloud.
For a shared quote, the upload includes your business name, the customer's name and address, the job title, the line item descriptions and amounts, your payment terms, and the quote totals. When your customer approves, their electronic signature (a typed name or a drawn image), their name, the date and time, their browser's user agent, and a one-way hashed form of their IP address are stored alongside the quote as a record of their consent. Card details for any deposit are handled entirely by Square; QuoteSnap creates the payment link but never sees or stores your customer's card information. You can revoke a shared link at any time from the quote, which immediately stops the web link from working.
QuoteSnap contains no advertising SDK and does not use your quote or client data for behavioral advertising. GoMarketMe provides affiliate attribution and transaction reporting. GoMarketMe states that its mobile attribution does not use Apple's IDFA; its handling of attribution and technical information is governed by its privacy policy linked above.
Optional monthly and annual Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. QuoteSnap recognizes previously sold Lifetime Pro purchases so those customers keep access, but Lifetime Pro is no longer offered for sale. QuoteSnap uses Apple's StoreKit services to display products and prices, complete purchases, verify entitlement, and restore access. GoMarketMe receives purchase or subscription status needed for affiliate attribution and commission reporting. Apple handles payment card information; QuoteSnap does not receive your card details.
Deleting the app removes its local data from that device. Data already synced through CloudKit may remain in your private iCloud account and may return when you reinstall the app while signed in to the same Apple Account. You can also export a CSV backup from Settings and save individual quote or invoice PDFs before deleting the app. Contact us if you need help managing QuoteSnap data stored in iCloud.
QuoteSnap is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly use it to collect personal information from children.
If a future version changes how data is handled, we will update this policy and its effective date before that change ships.
